  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Because our pricing takes into consideration height and accessibility, as well as size and style of windows, we visit the jobsite or home for a first-hand look to get an accurate assessment and price on most window cleaning jobs. This, however, is not always necessary with pricing pressure washing and high-reach services like gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning, mirror and ceiling fan cleaning.

    Our daily commercial jobs range from small storefronts to multi-level buildings. As for residential work, no home is too small or too big.

    Look for a company that sticks to their word, has years of experience, can provide references, is licensed, bonded and insured with both liability and workers comp coverages, is organized with an office staff, has know-how and expertise in their profession to be able to answer tough questions, and can provide all that for an average to below-average price.
