FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a flat fee design model that is project specific. This means clients know their investment up front and are never surprised by an accumulation of hours billed at an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a discovery call we’ll set a time for a site visit. During this in person visit we will see your space, discuss the direction of your project and better get to know you so we have the insight we need to make a proposal. After you approve your project proposal we begin working. Each project is unique- but you can usually expect to have a completed design plan within 6 weeks. Installation is dependent on product selections and timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to several years of design and renovation experience, I am pursuing an Interior Design Certificate from Parsons School of Art and Design. My eye for design is intuitive and I attribute my ability to work an idea from concept to reality to my years of experience in start up environments where creativity bred success. I also hold a double B.A. from Allegheny College.
