Quoting me $4000 for 2 skinny trees I need removed. One so skinny I could probably do it myself. Every other decent company has quoted me $750-1000k tops...Talk about a rip off.

As I explained to you in a message, my crews were heading out of town but could do an emergency service call. Because it was a weekend and out of our normal work hours we would have to charge an emergency service rate. Additionally we were basing our rate off of a picture that made the tree look very tall, as well as close to a structure. Our normal rate would have possibly been more in line with the other estimates you had PROVIDED that our estimator had been able to view the tree prior to providing the estimate. You rated us not on our service, but based on factors in our estimate. I do not feel that you provided an accurate review but wish you the best regardless
