1. Diagnostic Fee: There is a $60 charge for our diagnostic assessment service. 2. Repair Costs: We provide transparent estimates for both parts and labor. 3. Parts Pricing: We offer competitive rates for high-quality replacement parts. Labor Charges: Our pricing for repair work is straightforward and clear. Warranty: We provide a 1-month warranty on parts and a 6-month warranty on labor. 4. Discounts: We extend a 10% discount to households with either a senior member aged 70 or older or a retired veteran. Please provide valid identification to apply these discounts. 5. Payment Methods: We accept payments in various forms, including cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, Thumbtack Pay, and Credit/Debit Cards via Square (with a 3.5% transaction fee). 6. Communication: We are always open to answering any questions and providing clarification as needed.

Cost Estimate: We provide an estimate for the repair costs, and if replacement parts are needed, we request half of the total repair amount upfront. 5: Authorization: We proceed with the repair upon receiving approval from the customer. 6. Repair Service: Our experienced technicians perform the repair work efficiently and professionally. 7. Payment & Invoice: The customer settles the payment for the services and receives a detailed invoice that outlines the costs of parts and labor. 8. Warranty Explanation: We explain the terms of the warranty, ensuring the customer understands the coverage and duration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've formed a group of certified technicians who've completed a rigorous three-month training program. During this training, they gained hands-on experience in repairing a wide range of household appliances, such as refrigerators (requiring EPA-certified technicians), washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, oven stoves, microwaves, water filters, garbage disposals, and more.
