I will come to your home and prepare meals for the week. I do all the shopping, cooking, serve the meal and clean up. I bring all my own pots and pans and equipment so I don't have to use any of yours.
In the meals, I will include a salad for the week or for as many days as you want along with 1-7 entrees with a starch and a vegetable. All my meals are balanced for good nutrition and I will store them in your refreigerator and /or your freezer for your dining pleasure for the week.
I specialize in healthy food and I am proficient in preparing special diets such as diabetic, vegetarian, macrobiotic, gluten-free and dairy-free. Ask me about anything you may be concerned about.
My services include: romantic dinners for two, Sit down dinner parties for up to 15 people, buffet dinners for up to 40 people, all prepared in your home and to your specific needs.
