He hanged a heavy soundproof panels on the wall. Appreciate it but never followed the instruction that I printed out. I custom ordered for the hight but now there is a space between the ceiling and top of the panels since he used hooks. I wanted to cover from the ceiling to the floor completely like a wall. While he was working, he dropped a tool and damaged my brand new floor, which was only two spots but the damaged holes were deep! It's not on purpose but it's unprofessional. He worked for 3.5 hours including his lunch time and asked my husband to help, and charged me $675. A lot of dust on the street after he left. Thanks for his work but overall a little bit disappointed.
