Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Know what kind of food atmosphere & mood you would like to create for your event. If you want soft music, upbeat music, appetizers, entrees etc. special dessert, a certain type of wine. The Food and atmosphere are everything, make sure that the staff is courteous, and that they answer all your questions.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Family recipes that Only I have. My grandparents were from Sicily & Naples, on my Mothers side and that's what they did cook, I payed attention. Always love what you do, because you will do it well and enjoy yourself.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My Business stands out because of my unique back round. I came from a large Italian & Irish Family, Food & Music were a big part of my life growing up. I worked in Italian Restaurant since I was 12 years old Cooking helping family etc. This is second nature to me I love people and cooking I am the very best at what I do.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love that I am able to make people happy. When my costumers say "I have never had such a great meal, I am thrilled, knowing this is a competitive business. Food is an art form and when food for others to me that is personal.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can I get your recipes? Can you make me something special for my Mother? Who makes your bread? I sometimes I am asked about, what is in season, what I recommend? You have such a variety of people you serve that it is always interesting.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That besides great food you are going to have a ball
because I also book the very best entertainers you can imagine, I had a party where the couple wanted Sinatra
I grew up with opera(my mother was an opera singer) classical music & Sinatra, I sing myself so I can appreciate that, We have sing along parties all sorts of specialty acts. My two sisters are professional musicians in the classical field cello & violin so music is a big part of my life, as important as food they go together.
