- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically custom built to fit your needs! We want you to get exactly what YOU want at a price you can afford. No hidden fees, or unnecessary add ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we always like to do a "Get to know you call". This allows us to understand you needs, and expectations for whatever service you're requesting. Once you've laid out exactly what you want, we'll give you several options give you a custom quote, so that you can be confident you're getting exactly what you pay for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography has always been a passion of mine, and I've spent years honing my skills as a portrait photographer though both online education as well as practical experience.
