- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes labor for two men (extra fee for three, or if there are stairs), milage, and extra materials if needed. If our price doesn't meet your expectations, let us know! Our motto is making our customers happy. Life happens and we are willing to work with our customers! (Accurate Estimate after phone consultation)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, we would like our customers to attach photos so we can get a good idea of what service needs to be provided to get an accurate estimate. Then, a phone call from our team will be on the way to discuss details and get your service booked!
