Introduction: The Core Warrior Series is for women who want the expertise of a personal trainer, coaching them through a really effective program in the privacy of your own home or at my private gym. Whether you come to me or I bring the gym to you, I promise to deliver a full body program designed to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase energy, and improve muscle tone. I have designed these innovative series with a focus on women to develop core strength. Too often I see training programs that focus on problem areas such as glutes, hips, thighs, etc., but what we need to start realizing is that if we do not have core strength, we can not properly train our problem areas. With Core Warrior Series, you always use your core to target muscle groups like the gluteus (butt), thighs, calves, and abs. But it doesn’t stop there. Shoulders, arms and chest get real attention too. We will also focus on challenging your body's energy systems to help boost your metabolism and the way you burn fat for fuel. The Core Warrior Series is a women only, athletic conditioning program based on core strength, resistance training, and flexibility. There are three different series to accommodate every level and fitness goals.
