Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. No matter who you decide to hire, always make sure the contractor is licensed and insured. I can't begin to tell you how many jobs I've gone to that I had to re-do someone else's work because they didn't know what they were doing. Especially when you're dealing with plumbing, because it takes very little water to cause a lot of damage to your property.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Again, what is your license number and what type of liability and or workers comp coverage do you have?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We've been in business since 1982 and have a vast amount of experience. Check our website for many testimonials. Also, I would be glad to offer you a list of references.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love meeting new people and building a long term relationship with them. The vast majority of our customers are long term and we appreciate the many great referrals we receive from them. It really is the cornerstone of our business.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Well to be perfectly honest, I didn't grow up wanting to be a plumber. Back in 1982 I went to a party with some friends and met a girl who's father owned a plumbing company. The rest is history.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Absolutely, we are required by the state to pass 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years in order to maintain our license. This is just one more reason to hire a licensed professional.
