- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom and Dad were great cooks in the kitchen, and I was the food taster. I knew how the food was suppose to taste like. Plus my Dad was a Dj when he was younger.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Romantic dinner for two. This is a private dinner between two people with a waiter or waitress. Me as a chef cooking 3 - 7 corse meal. Candles light dining with all the trimming.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a church picnic that was talk about forever. We had everything you could think of for all ages. It was great.
