Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ability and honesty is the main thing that customers need and require. When you look for a auto repair shop the person that meets with the customer needs to know how a vehicle works and have the ability to fix it and fix it right the first time. At my shop I am the one that does that. At larger shops you have the problem of others that do not understand the vehicles telling you what's wrong, and in truth they have no clue, only what their told by someone else, which in fact could be wrong. I see it as if you dont know how can you be honest and have the ability to fix it the first time. The smaller the shop the better!!!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The secret to a properly fixed vehicle is the diagnosing of such vehicle. All help that can be used is the key to a honest job including history and conditions of the failure. The secret is the customer describing as much as possible all the conditions up to the problem occuring. This is the best way of diagnosing because you know your vehicle better than most and you can describe the problem best. I call it condition-cause and correction the 3 c's, and the customer has 1/3 of this diagnostic procedure to help with. The secret is be honest with your tech and he can be honest with you. Without this input there is not a true starting place.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Free estimates and generaly free diagnosing when work is done, honesty, And I am proud to be helping people get ther vehicles running and running right. Happy with the satisfing feeling in fixing what others have tried and couldn't.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. My job is like my hobby I look forward to going to work'
Also very happy with the fact that I have purchased the info system on-line that help me with the diagnosing.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can you help me? Of course anything I can do for you is my pleasure, aldo I want to do a good job so you will come back and bring me new customers.
