- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is per session, which runs for 2 hours. $10 off for military and seniors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call me, I take a brief history, we schedule an appointment. I send you policy info and a confirmation. We meet at your house with your dog and I bring everything we need. Sessions are pay as you go.
