Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You want the person you can connect with. You have to feel that that person will treat your home as if it were his own. You would not want someone who would do something on your home that they would not do to their own. Be sure to look at their License number the shorter the number the longer they have been in business. You really don't want someone who is only a few years doing roofing.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If the contractor I am looking at is a Licensed one and where to check them out. Florida has a state web site that you can check them out and see if they have had any complaints and that they have an active license. Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I personally supervise all work done for my customers and Quality is the most important element. We take pride in every job we do and have done so since starting our roofing business in 1981.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being able to look at a beautiful new roof that we have completed and that the customer is pleased with our work and can feel comfortable in referring us to others.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I want the best roof and lowest price possible. Well thats not the best roof I can tell them. The lowest price is not always the best. You have to use good quality roofing materials and components to get the best roof. So if you want cheap you will get cheap and I don't recommend it.

A. It's not all that complicated if you have a written estimate showing all that the contractor is doing and the options that he can offer. Always look at the up grades and see how it can benefit you in having the roof that can give you the most life for your money. Ventilation is very important and if you can get a Lifetime Warranty shingle.
