- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I had my first treatment, I was amazed at how it relieved anxiety and the feeling of happiness from having needles put into me. I decided from that moment I was going to pursue a career in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. I am very glad I did because I have other people feeling happy and well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most people come in for pain and stress. Since Acupuncture treats both physical and emotional aspects of a person, I have very good results because I look at the whole picture when treating a patient. Of course, there are other issues that I treat but basically it is an individualized treatment plan.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to anyone looking for a provider is to see if they are committed to your well-being and someone who knows what they are doing. I believe in using the least amount of needles to get the desired results. I also do all that I can before I finish working with a patient. I like to do a follow-up call to see how they are after a treatment.
