In February I was over weight, out of shape and had borderline cholesterol issues. My Doc said low dose medications or lifestyle change. I knew I had to make a change. I started working with Bill in June 2012 in his Boot Camp. I was done making excuses and determined to start a healthier lifestyle. I had never done any organized gym activity and was terrified. What I found was a wonderful, encouraging environment that helped me toward reaching my goal of being a healthier 46 year old. Thanks to Bill's training my latest doctor visit was a great success. My Dr. was thrilled with the weight loss. When I saw him in February I was 221. In October I weighed in at 187. Most importantly my cholesterol levels are in his words perfect. No Medications !! I'm now working with Bill one on one and loving it. I could not recommend Bill Bennett more highly.

Im a very active 31 year old who has tried everything from Hot Yoga, running marathons, spinning classes, swimming, and going to the gym every morning at 5am. I thought I was in shape before my friend invited me to one of their private classes with Bill Bennett. During that first class, he asked me what my goals were, he was able to recognize my fitness level, and push me (to a comfortable level) past the point where I would normally stop. Normally, I don't like people telling me what to do or being pushed outside of my comfort zone, but after that first class, I knew this is exactly what I needed to get me to the next level. After my first session, I booked classes for the next two months without hesitation. I could not believe how many new muscles were sore (good sore) the next day! In only one month of seeing Bill, I see my stamina increase, and my willingness to push myself out of my comfort zone. I look forward to training days as I know the amazing feeling of accomplishment I get when I get home.

I have worked with Bill on one on one sessions, his boot camp Level 1 and 2, and also his yoga. The attention to detail and focus is amazing besides making you feel comfortable. Besides being a great guy the classes are energetic, fun and focused all in one setting. Highly recommend

Bill is a guy who has been in our shoes and really cares. Unlike other trainers I have had who don't care about us the are just interested in getting paid. He goes that extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and takes time to explain everything.

Bill is not afraid to take me outside of my comfort zone and as a result I have achieved results I have not been able to while working out on my own or with other trainers . He is always mixing up what we do which helps me stay interested in my workouts. I have been training with personal trainers in NYC and Florida for the past 15 years and I have to say Bill Bennett is a cut above the rest. He thinks outside the box, he has an upbeat atttitude and is very results driven.
