Lou has catered two events for us and they were both amazing. We had 80 people at the first one and 600 people at the second one and I couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. The food, presentation, and service were great and all our attendees really enjoyed it. I would recommend him to anyone!

I manage a computer training facility in Metrowest and I have known and have used Lou of Orlando for my catering needs for years, since about 2008. Lou provides not only excellent and quality food, but equally as quality setup and service. My needs have ranged from very small meetings of 5 people to large groups of over 100, and Lou of Orlando has given fantastic service to all.

Lou catered our Orlando Code Camp event (www.orlandocodecamp.com) last weekend for over 600 people. It was the second largest code camp in the United States. Our events have a lot of content delivered in classroom settings so when folks fall asleep, it's bad. And most technical events will provide soda and pizza but our group (www.onetug.org) decided last year to start budgeting for event catering and we choose Lou.

I met Lou and his family working at volunteer events at the Amway Center last year and saw how much care and attention he puts into food preparation and delivery even in those venues. At the time I was organizing a code retreat event (http://tinyurl.com/coderetreat-orl-2010) and one criteria the host had was no pizza or chain restaurant catering. Lou was the perfect fit for this criteria.

Our first event had 50, the next had 120, then our event last week had over 600 which Lou easily handled. Each event had a wide variety for the attendees to choose from. As our team checks in with attendees at each event all are very please with the quality, and temperature of the food. If it's supposed to be cold, it's cold - if it's suppposed to be hot, it's hot - Lou has seen to each detail of the menus we provide for our events, even making provision for vegan options - and nobody is falling asleep at the end of the day.

Last minute requests don't seem to be a problem either. Last week our registration was exploding so we had to order more food after we had given Lou our original counts. Everything worked out, and giving our money to a local business is good for our city/town as well, and the fact that we've not been disappointed for our three events is huge for our group.

The only problem we do have is what to pick from the menu, there's so many options to choose from, and that's a good problem to have.

The Orlando .NET User Group board trusts Lou with it's business and so should you.

Lou Of Orlando catered our morning, garden wedding which required a brunch set-up. Brunch can be boring, eggs, sausage, bacon... too ordinary. Lou suggested that he provide several of his best morning dishes with a few of his finest, most requested dinner dishes. His ideas and delicious menu provided us with a Meditteranian Brunch that our guests RAVED over! We requested a few vegitarian dishes, as well and his choices were simply supurb! Every guest was delighted and made compliments to the chef!!

The delivery was on-time. The set-up was very pretty and each dish was well defined with the name of the dish. He even marked a dish with peanut ingrediants, in case of allergies. Overall, Lou Of Orlando is a confident caterer that knows how to customize his abilities to each client. He obviously wants repeat business, because he does an excellent job and he cares enough to cook his best!

Lou Of Orlando will cater ALL of our events!
