FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to do "stages" or stand in work at restaurants around town. We are all family. At the same time, I get to observe as well as be hands on with new techniques, as well as ingredients. It is always a learning experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in foot steps of my brother and sisters. We all ironically started out in the hospitality industry. My brother and I made being chefs our passion and careers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
More commonly I do private dinner parties, such as weekend dinners for clients whom wish to entertain for friends but dont want to be locked in the kitchen. I work directly with the host from menu planning to wine pairing, to decor. Some are just events where Ill cook and leave the entertainment for the host, others my guest enjoy sitting around the kitchen with a glass of wine watching me cook (sometimes helping.) It is always fun to do a sudo cooking class and have my clients become involved. They love learning.
