The issue turned out to be a silly oversight on my part, so our visit was very brief. However, I was pleased to see that they arrived early in the time window I'd booked, and I was reassured when Jamie began asking all the right questions. Even though I had paid the trip fee, only to realize that there was no problem after all, I was also using this as an opportunity to audition an alternative to the highly overpriced service I'd been using. 'Keep Cool Air' passed the audition and will likely get the call the next time.

My AC went out on one of the most humid days I have experienced in Davenport, FL. I got in touch with Keep Cool Air and they came to the house within 2 hours to take a look at the problem. They handled it quickly and efficiently. The AC went down again that night and I sent them a message. The very next day very early in the morning Dash the owner came to look at the issue himself. He made some repairs and later sent one of his techs Jaime to finish the job. Jaime stayed here until he figured out the problem with the AC. It was more complicated than it seemed at first but he figured it out and was able to get the unit going. We have been enjoying AC since then. In a world full of choices, Keep Cool would be my first and only choice with a 5 star rating. Above and beyond would be their motto!
