Great job Marcos and C-Tech Computer Solutions. Marcos arrived at my home diagnosed the problem and completed the work in 2 days. A. Virus removal is the most frequent one, followed by system errors and messages. Network problems comes next.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask what other services you will get. With us you have an free antivirus installation in case yours is absent or we will suggest the substitution in case the one you have is expired.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask to visit the location of the shop. Is always good to know that the professional has a fixed location. If the job has been performed before by the service person.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We offer the customer the choice of fast and reliable onsite call or instant remote support through the internet.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Human interaction and problem solving. There is no bigger satisfaction than leaving the service site with the problem solved.

A. How long will the visit take? On a Virus case usually 1:00 to 1:30. On system errors it varies from 0:15 to 3:00, but the price will be discussed prior to the job.

A. Design and implement the wireless network with access restrictions per guest of a hotel from the Ramada franchise. The total cost was $800.00 over 8 hours of labor.
