Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The majority of my jobs are Virus Removal / Software-related issues.

I have extensive experience in these and can easily diagnose your computer for free. If your computer is simply acting funny or extremely slow, I can set that straight.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always look for a IT technician that you trust with your information. Most people these days save their LIVES in their computer. Hiring the wrong IT technician with little to no experience CAN jeopardize your PC. Don't lose your photo albums, work documents, or software to a lazy/unskilled technician. There are ways to do things, and then there are ways to do things right. I believe in the latter.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Much like a car, you must decide whether an IT Solution is worth getting repaired or REPLACED. Upgrading a 5-6 year computer is not recommended as the value-less computer becomes a money sink.

Even the most inexpensive computer today will outperform and outlast older computers 4-5+ years old.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I know my work stands out because I have always continued to support my clients during and after my rendered services. I always give clients the option to install a remote-help program so, when you need help, you can give me a ring, open the remote connection, and let me fix your computer within minutes!

Between the dozens of computer technicians I have met throughout the industry, I can confidently say my spyware/virus removal experience is TOP NOTCH. No virus is safe from me.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job- there must be two things. #1- The people that I meet. #2- Every computer situation is unique and I plan to broaden my skill set with each now assignment.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Absolutely,

Especially for clients that are in demand of the newest and best products at the perfect price, I research new and upcoming products METICULOUSLY, and am always on the prowl for internet deals.

On top of I.T. tools and products, I regularly update myself on new mainstream software, hardware and PC platforms to fix even the newest devices and PC issues.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I received a request to build a custom computer meant for moderate Video editing and heavy 3D Gaming.

The labor cost was based on my $29/hour rate and set at 5 hours.

I ordered all the parts (Total roughly $500), assembled the entire configuration and installed all the necessar software/optimizations in one day and set up their entire Home Office before 9 PM after starting at 3PM.
