Our son got arrested early Saturday morning for "loitering or prowling" while looking for our hotel in Orlando after, to be frank, drinking too much. After bailing him out, we left a message for Richard after reading the local attorney reviews. He got back to us within 20 minutes, and after speaking with him, hired him then and there. Now our results can't guarantee yours, but Richard engaged the prosecutor, who thankfully agreed to drop the case. Our son had never been in trouble before, and hopefully this will serve as a wake up call, and thanks to Richard, our son has a second chance. In sum, Richard was prompt, informative, and most importantly, effective.

Mr. Hornsby was amazing when I was in trouble in December of 2014. Unlike other lawyers we had spoken with, he was very straightforward, informative, and confident. You should chose an attorney based upon their credentials. I am the only attorney you will find that lists the results of all of his cases, not just a few cherry-picked good ones. I am also one of only a handful of attorneys in the Central Florida area that is double Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You truly get what you pay for in the legal profession. So be careful about hiring an attorney because they quoted a bargain basement fee. Many times you end up with a bargain basement resolution, if not worse.
