- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Accent Sounds and Entertainment we like to keep our prices fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is usually made by phone or email. After that wee like to set up a consultation meeting to go over the format and the agenda of the event. Once the agenda is formed and a contract is signed we can start working on the event week by week leading up to it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Connecticut School of Broadcasting and have been in the industry for iver 20 years.
