Ashley's programs work! I wasn't eating enough ... or enough of the right foods. Within just a few months of eating plenty of the foods suggested on Ashley's meal coaching program my body took a new shape. i went from skinny-fat to fit.. lost some fat and gained a healthy amount of muscle. It's incredible what a few weight training sessions a week will do! I like that Ashley's plans don't include starvation diets or tons of cardio but still get results.

I have been training with Ashley Diane for over two months. Her program is simple, yet effective and worked extremely well for me as a beginner. Ashley customized a program specifically to help me meet my goals with easy to achieve steps. I love her program because it is a gradual change, which is much more easy to maintain. Ashley's communication is excellent and she has effectively motivated me to continue on my fitness journey. I'm looking forward to many months of training with her! I would recommend her to anyone!

It is a motivating experience working with Ashley. She provides personalized service for dramatic results that you can see at every step along the way. While it isn't a walk in the park restructuring your body and lifestyle, it is a much easier task working with someone who is kind, knowledgeable, and caring, especially when you see things happening to your body you never thought could actually happen.     After being an overweight kid, then tackling my battle and full recovery through anorexia, my goal has been to help other women get fit the healthy way. Once recovered, I fell in love with weight training which prompted me to take my passion to the next level, educate myself to the fullest, and pay it forward. My mission is to help women stop the starvation, general disordered eating, treadmill abuse and body disorders by eating plenty, lifting heavy, and living joyously.
