Xtreme Care offers exceptional flooring installation on ceramic, stone, travertine tile etc. as well as wood and laminate flooring.

I offer interior and exterior painting or pressure washing to residential customers at a value price. I will provide you with exceptional savings on the cost of labor for your flooring installation with a signed contract. No job is too small.

I am licensed with Orange County and the City of Orlando, and my services are insured. All of my customers are extremely satisfied with the work I have performed for them. I give 110% on every job.

I take pride in my work, and I am very meticulous about any job I perform. I replace broken tiles for floors and bathroom walls. I also provide service for tile re-grouting.

I would like to offer a little advice that when you hire a contractor who is not licensed and insured, you could be putting yourself at risk or your family.

In many cases, you get what you pay for. The prices for my services are more than fair. Pick up the phone and call. Save yourself some money. You won't regret it.

Thank you for visiting this website and God bless.

Edwin, You are professional, detail oriented, on time, and most of all a quality painter, you came within my budget, which in these hard times mean a lot. I want to thank you for the wonderful job that you did, my house looks FABULOUS!!!!! I went to a house that you had painted and was impressed by the quality of work that was done. I did have a couple of questions about the colors and how they would all work out and I trusted your opinion and I am glad that I did because my house looks wonderful. Thank you. If ever anyone wants a person that they can trust to do professional quality painting, you are the person.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. About 65 percent of the jobs that I do for my clients are interior painting. 15 percent are exterior paint jobs. I also do about 25 percent tile flooring and wood or laminate installation due to the economy. I would like to think that the public would be more trusting in a professional who is licensed and insured. To my knowledge, the public is dealing with contractors who are not licensed or insured in order to save a buck. Those are the ones who are ripping you off and not providing good service. This is from a professional, honest and hardworking person giving advice and trying to save you some $$$. The law needs to tighten up on these offenders.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The reason why my work stands out is because I take my time on the job, to insure the job is done properly. I don't rush my work like 75% of the contractors out there. Where they rush to complete a job and want to get to another for the money. My work is taken seriously and I take pride in what I do. I give the customer what they pay for. My motto is "One should do the job right the first time or don't do it at all. I work with people to try and save them a buck. Some times it's not about the money but about reputation. Most of my work is from Word Of Mouth that speaks for it's self. So pick up the phone and call now for a free estimate.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question that a customer may ask me is are you Insured. Before I do any business with any customer, I do tell them that I am Licensed and insured. And that all work is done with a signed contract to cover myself and the customer. I also tell the customer, that if they need any client refferences, I can provide them with previous client names and phone numbers.
