My Pricing is Based on My experience and My ability to give you Your Moneys worth in what-ever task You Hire me to complete for you, I am a Professional in all aspects of home repair, i do not cut corners, i do it the right way the very first time, example of my pricing schedule: As A Labor Component Only Free Estimates within a local Radius of 10 Miles of Zip code 32817 $20 outside the 10 mile radius $50.00-$75.00 per Hour 2 Hour Minimum $250.00 Per Day, 8 Hour Maximum $1250.00 Per week,40 Hour Maximum Pricing per Job also available Call for detailed pricing on specific jobs and special discounts on hourly rates/day rates
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I Kind of fell into the Handyman/remodeling business, right out of high school i landed a job in an apartment community as a maintenance/punch-out man, From there i realized that i had a "Knack" for this work, i continued on that path and have gained a wealth of knowledge in my field, i am an absolute professional, I love My Job!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Although i have many calls for simple jobs , i believe my most common jobs to be Carpentry including baseboards,crown moulding,cabinets, and then in second it would have to be Shower Rebuilds/Bathroom remodels, Third in prevalence would be Kitchen Remodels...
