I hired Juan to replace electric light fixtures on my ceiling. Not only He did a great job installing new light fixtures but he also fixed my curtain rod and helped set up our new doorbell. He took time to make sure everything was done well. I highly recommend Juan and he deserves the 5 star rating.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very affordable, we charge based on the project and not by the hour. We like to come in, do our job perfectly and leave your premises clean. 100% satisfied. We charge $70 per hour, but our minimum rate is $120 for jobs lasting less than 1 1/2 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually go out to their property and assess the project explain exactly how it will be done, what needs to get done and the time frame of the project.
