Due to her good on-line ratings, in January 2013, I hired Susan (with a helper for 4 hours) for a detailed post-remodel empty house move-out cleaning. As my family would move in within hours after, all duties and expectations were prearranged and understood, however she completely let us down. She only dusted and rinsed (a "get-by" job) and her helper cleaned window blinds for one hour. At the last, we did a quick walk through, yet she neglected to mention any duties not done. After moving in I saw just how filthy the kitchen and master bathroom were, not to mention the rest of the house had barely even been dusted. I spent hours after the movers left, just getting the bathrooms and kitchen usable and called to complained to Susan. She put me off and promised to get back to discuss the matter. She never bothered, so I was out $150, left with a filthy house and a supposedly highly regarded professional house cleaner who had no intention of doing anything to make good on her obligation to me. Beware!!

The clean was performed on January 26th, This was not dust and rinse job done. My helper was late but I took on what needed down and helper finished windows, blinds.There was not quick walk through, we walked all rooms corrected anything that was pointed out. As there was Repairs going on in the master bathroom when I was there, I went after they left and cleaned . Painters where inside doing touch ups. There entired house was dusted, her husband was there and saw what was being done.All cabinets inside /out where done including on top of the kitchen cabinets. AS SHE MENTIONED AFTER THE MOVERS WHERE THERE SHE HAD TO REDUST.. As I tell all my customers if there is something that I have over looked to please call within 48 hours after the clean.. She called me 21 days after the clean. That would have been Feb 16th.. I called back three different times to speak with her, I never heard back.

Susan has worked for us as a housekeeper for over a year. She came highly recommended and I checked ALL her references. She does a great job and will tailor her cleaning to how you like things done. She is honest, reliable and dependable. She will do her best to adjust her schedule on a moments notice to accomodate if we are having company or a party. She has done a full move-in, move-out clean for us as well as weekly and monthly cleaning services. Her work is always completed before she leaves and if you are there, she will always ask if you want to check her work and if you need anything else done before she leaves. We have been very happy with her service.

Susan comes once a week and does a great job for us cleaning our home and doing our laundry. She's reliable, fast and thorough, great with our pets and kids. I have recommended her to clients needing help getting their house cleaned for sale or move in and she did an excellent job. I would highly recommend her.

Susan has been cleaning my home for a couple of years now and is very thorough and reliable. She's always doing little extras too that I don't think to ask - one day I noticed my coffee mugs, which are usually rather brown and stained on the inside, had been scrubbed super clean! Thanks, Susan!

Be sure to ask questions if it is about housecleaning. Do you do windows or ovens? Pet sitting are you comfortable with cats , dogs, House sitting What do besides watch the house.
