If I need to change something for them or add.If they are needing something extra done they ask me first to do. I like being my own boss. I used a big-name house cleaning service a few years and they attempted to charge me double their quote once the job was done, which wasn’t even that great a job. So, needless to say, I wanted to make the right decision this time. Out of all the responses I got on thumbtack, Susan was the most prompt, personable and professional in her communication. I told her my needs and concerns and she assured me that everything would be done correctly and on budget. She was right. Susan did a great job on the house; it’s probably the cleanest it’s ever been – and not a penny over her estimate. She did such a great job, in fact, I plan to continue service on a regular basis.

Susan has been cleaning my home for a couple of years now and is very thorough and reliable. She's always doing little extras too that I don't think to ask - one day I noticed my coffee mugs, which are usually rather brown and stained on the inside, had been scrubbed super clean! Thanks, Susan!

Susan has worked for us as a housekeeper for over a year. She came highly recommended and I checked ALL her references. She does a great job and will tailor her cleaning to how you like things done. She is honest, reliable and dependable. She will do her best to adjust her schedule on a moments notice to accomodate if we are having company or a party. She has done a full move-in, move-out clean for us as well as weekly and monthly cleaning services. Her work is always completed before she leaves and if you are there, she will always ask if you want to check her work and if you need anything else done before she leaves. We have been very happy with her service.

Susan was great, we have two big dogs and I was worried how they would interact with her, but there was no issues with the. The House was very clean when we got home, and we will be having Susan clean on a bi-weekly basis going forward. It's really nice to come home to a spotless house after a long day at work, and would highly recommend her service

    Most are house cleaning whether it is weekly-bi weekly-monthly- move in move outs. House and petting sitting I do for my customers when they go on vacation. I always stay at there home

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be sure to ask questions if it is about housecleaning. Do you do windows or ovens? Pet sitting are you comfortable with cats , dogs, House sitting What do besides watch the house.
