I used Maid to Clean a while ago and the team arrived an hour and a half late. I didn't even get a courtesy call so I called to inquire what was happening. The response from Fabian was rude and curt. I had no choice but to wait since it needed to get done that day, I had already left work early so repeating the event was impossible. The cleaning was actually very thorough and I was pleased with the team so when I was in a jam again I decided to give them a second chance. What a horrible experience! The second time I was given a quote for a team of 2 for an hour to an hour and a half which would make the difference between 60 and 72 dollars for an 11:30am appointment. They called me the day before and changed my appoint to 3pm and told me they were sending me 3 girls because they were busy and said I'd have to pay the higher rate. I needed cleaning for a tiny apartment, so 3 girls was unnecessary but they left me no choice. I gave in and unfortunately burned again because the team was extremely rude and they refused to clean the place because they said they had no time, they could only be there an hour and they needed 2. The girl in charge kept saying she needed to be somewhere so she refused to let the others even get started. She called Fabian in front of me and told him she would not clean and then she paused to ask me if I would pay more, I asked her to let me speak with Fabian and she told me he did not want to talk to me. Unbelievable! I tried calling him myself and he texted me saying he was busy. I never got a call back and didn't get the apartment cleaned. Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company at all!
