- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are affordable and reasonable. We evaluate the possibility of beating or matching the prices of any competitor, as long as the competitor provides the quality, agility and flexibility that we are capable of offering. We are completely flexible regarding our pricing policy, as long as it is reasonable to maintain our high level of quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our customers face to face to listen to their needs, we consider this important as it helps to create trust for both parties, which is important for the entire process, although we also offer virtual consultations and quotes via photo and video. First we talk about the project, understanding better what the client wants, what the deadline and available dates are, and then what the client wants to be done. Information such as the size of the room to be painted, the color chosen, the type of wall and what will be painted (door, skirting board, ceiling, wall) helps us a lot and is necessary for preparing the budget.

All of our employees are trained and qualified to deliver the highest level of quality that our customers demand.
