Excellent communication and service. I had some carpet removed from my bedrooms and they hauled it all. I was lucky to even get a same day appointment. The staff showed up on time and even swept up the area where the carpet and foam carpet pad were stored. I will definitely be using this company and referring them to my friends and family.

Here are the facts: 1. Talyta from Hauling Mountains Junk Removal called me late Tuesday afternoon (3-19) and asked me if I’d like her to “stop by right now and do the job.” I told her it was too late in the day but she agreed to do the job for $70 the following day (Wednesday). 2. I didn’t hear from Talyta on Wednesday so I texted her in the afternoon and asked her if she was still interested in doing the job for $70. Her response was “Hi John, yes I could do that. But it will have to be tomorrow around noon. Is that okay?” I told her that would be fine. 3. I did not hear from Talyta on Thursday so I texted her at 12:30 pm and asked if she was still coming to do the job. I did not hear back from her until Friday around noon. She then told me I hadn’t heard back from her because I refused to allow her to do the job for two consecutive days - totally untrue. She also said I could find another company to do the job if I was in a hurry but she could still do the job Monday morning (today 3-25). She also “taunted” me by saying “what, you can’t find anybody for $70?” - very unprofessional. I told her I still wanted her to do the job Monday (today). 4. I have not heard back from Talyta today. Needless to say the entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Moral of the story: Business 101 - don’t commit to a job and a price and then have seller’s remorse and totally disregard the customer.
