It's becoming more and more rare to find a business that puts the customers needs before their need to make money. Curtis came by and inspected our home for mold. There was only a very small area of mold found in the whole house. He could have tried to sell me on needing more service, but instead he explained to me how to clean this little area myself and even how to prevent the mold from coming back. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely use Pure Maintenance in the future if needed. Also, Brittany was super friendly and informational during my initial call. Great customer service.

Willie was great, came out the next day, super nice, free inspection.. super honest & helpful. Could of easily told me I needed to spend thousands of dollars fixing my ‘mold’ problem, because that’s what I was expecting to hear, but he did the opposite. Did an air test for a reasonable price, at my request, & gave me options going forward. We didn’t end up fogging cause we didn’t need to, but I think this companies methods are great & it would’ve been much better than tearing all our walls down if we did have a problem. Definitely recommend him.

They were very quick to go to the property and inspect the mold and provide a quote. We got quotes from 3 technicians, and his was by far the cheapest! Very detailed quote explaining exactly what was going to be done. Scheduled us in very quickly and did a wonderful job! I am a property manager and will be using him for all our mold remediation jobs in the future.

We do everything we can to be the most affordable option. Our inspections and estimates are completely free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can usually come out for a free in home estimate in 1 to 3 business days. At this time we will evaluate any issues and come up with the best solution for your situation. After our estimate we schedule a time to come back and complete our procedure which normally takes 3 to 4 hours. Please give us a call and let us see what we can do for you.
