We're servicing Central Florida and always beating the competition. All charges are per labor, not per hour. We do not provide automatized or break down estimates/invoices/materials as we do not charge per item, but per labor and material all together.

Each estimate/contract is provided in writing and in full details, with a complete set of company "Terms and Conditions" always printed on the back.

All extras/additionals or add-ons requested by client not included/listed in the original estimate/contract after signed, will have an additional charge, plus labor cost. This will be shown/listed in detail in the final invoice below the original agreement, or an additional contract/invoice attachment may be produced for all extras, etc., including labor cost.

  CJ painting and home improvement recently did some work for me. Some of the work done was hard wood floors, Flood lights in back yard, a decorative wall in the kitchen nook and under the counter/bar etc. I was very pleased with his precise attention to details and superior work. I have recieved nothing but praise and complements on the work he preformed for me. CJ was very courteous and reliable. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
