Your weight lose with my programs will vary based upon your commitment to adhering to my professional advice. You should be more concerned with fat loss instead of just weight loss. Two totally different things.
The average weight loss is 1-3 pounds per week. I have had clients lose more and less. The key here is to make your weight loss, mostly fat and not muscle. That's what I focus on. If you are looking for happy feelings from seeing the scale display a number that is comforting to you, then I am not the trainer for you.
