Introduction: I believe that eating healthy doesn't have to be boring or restrictive. I believe you can reach your goals AND still enjoy the simple things in life; such as that piece of red velvet cake. I also believe that with patience and practice, anybody can accomplish goals that they never thought were possible. When we work together, it won't consist of simply putting foods in a "good" or "bad" category... there is no such thing. Instead, I will educate you, empower you, and guide you to improve your nutrition habits to ensure you reach your goals. Nutrition should be different for everyone. What works for some may not work for others. I love working with people to find their own secret recipe for success! If I can be a small piece in helping people live a healthier, happy life, that is all I can ask for. Nothing makes me happier than hearing the words "Because of you, I don't need to take my blood pressure medication anymore" or "Because of you, I was able to walk the entire time at Disney instead of using the scooter".

I am delighted to tell you about my personal training experience with Cindy Navarro. Cindy began training me in April 2012 and has helped me realize many of my fitness goals. I've gotten strong, lost weight, gained muscle and increased my coordination dramatically. The best part of this has been the fun I've had during the training sessions. Cindy makes each and every session seem like play so I don't realize the hard work I've accomplished. She really cares about helping you reach your goals and is willing to go above and beyond to do this. In the year I've worked with her, she has always been completely focused and comes prepared and organized so we move from one exercise to the next without lost time. Cindy brings a love for fitness to share with her clients and this is what makes her so much better than many other trainers. So do yourself a favor and book your personal training with Cindy. I started working out with Cindy two months ago she is an outstanding trainer and motivator. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Cindy Navarro is my first trainer ever and i knew even before meeting her in person that she is awesome and amazing. I had been trying to lose weight on my own with home workout dvds and it wasn't helping. First day i met Cindy before leaving we took a picture together, i looked at the picture on my phone and i said oh no i look huge like a house and her response was no you don't and never say that; she really meant it and i could tell from that moment she takes personal interest in her clients and really cares. Her workouts are specifically catered to each client based on their needs and she pushes you to do things you never thought you could do. Each session always has surprises making it fun, you never get to do same workouts there is always something new thrown in. Its only been two months and i can see major results, the first month i lost weight i cried in her office after she told me how much i have lost i couldn't believe it. A few days back she showed me my before picture and i was shocked at how big i was and once again i said out loud " i looked like a huge house and now i am shrinking into a town house" but this time around it was different we were both laughing because i was saying it out of joy and she said yes soon you will be like an apartment. I couldn't have chosen a better trainer and coach. Her nutrition plan has extremely help me change my bad eating habits for the better. She is definitely with each client until they reach their fitness goal 100%. Cindy doesn't play around she really loves what she does and does from the heart so be ready to put in the work. I will highly recommend Cindy Navarro. She is the best in Orlando and i am so glad i met her couldn't have picked a better trainer. Please book your personal trainings with Cindy you will never regret. I am shrinking so can you with Cindy's help.

I started working with Cindy over two years ago. Over the course of the time I've been working with her, I've had foot surgery and broken my arm. In both cases, Cindy was excellent at designing a workout program around what I could and couldn't do and diligently working with me to get me back on track. After my broken arm, I had to see a physical therapist who provided some suggestions about I should focus on at the gym and Cindy developed exercises to focus on those areas. Cindy has also helped me understand how I can make better food choices for my body type. There is no one perfect combination that will work for everyone and she has helped me figure out what works for me. She is knowledgeable and excited to work with her clients to help them improve themselves and work towards whatever goals they might have.

When I retired from the Florida National Guard in 1998, I steadily put on weight. I had climbed to a weight where it was becoming to do certain things and by the time I took matters to hand, it was too late. I went to a class at ORMC and went through an evaluation to try and see if I could get gastric bypass surgery. I went through all the checkups and then when it came to whether our insurance would cover any of the bill. It would not, and I could not afford $20,000 so I just went on and gained even more weight. I was at a point where I could not walk more than 10 minutes at a time and whenever I went to the attractions with my Grand twins, I had to rent an electric scooter and I was so embarrassed because I could not go on certain rides with them because I could not fit in the seats. I had problems getting in and out of my wife’s car and I could not fit in many of my clothes, not to mention that I could not find any clothes that fit me well or that I looked good in. You see, most doctors would tell me I needed to lose weight but no one would tell me which foods to eat and more importantly, which ones not to eat. Cindy had me log all my foods the first week and then laid out a plan limiting the calories, showing me how to make better choices when going out to eat or picking foods for my diet. She was a positive influence on my life and showed me how to make good healthy choices every week by changing a little bit about my plan. Today, I do not even think about what is a healthy choice. I know and make those choices in an instant. I have not had to rent an electric scooter the last two times that I went to the attractions, and I can now walk for an hour without stopping. I can wear clothes that I have not fit in in five years. I feel so much better and I can do so much more with my Grand twins. My wife has even started walking with me. My initial goal was to lose 100 lbs. After four months I am almost half way to that first goal and it has been pretty easy, with Cindy always having something positive to say even if some weeks I do not lose anything. She above all has showed me how to make those critical, healthy choices.
