Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Any pet sitter should be bonded, insured and license. They also should have experience either working in a vet tech or animal rescue so that they have experience with a variety of animals.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It is amazing how many people start a pet sitting business because they 'love dogs', but have no experience other than owning dogs.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Be sure whoever you hire has experience with a variety of dogs such as a vet's office or an animal shelter.
