Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure whom ever you hire, that Real Estate is a full time position for them, and not just a weekend and after hours hobby.
This is because in our current market staying on top of market trends, and changing lender requirements takes more than just 10 to 15 hours of work a week.

If the agent you choose works full time in the industry, it is likely they are qualified, as the recent past has eliminated many agents.
Interview and ask questions. No 2 agents are alike. Base your decision on how you feel. After-all. You will have to live with your decisions, the agent will not!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. 1. Agents work on commission only. Our gas, our advertising, our health insurance comes from our own pocket.
2. Choosing a local agent can make a difference.
3. If it doesn't make sense now, sometimes it never will
4. The education required for agents get to obtain a license really has VERY LITTLE to do with working with clients and buying and selling homes.
