Tom Tanenbaum was first licensed in 1977 as a roofing contractor. We are a locally-owned and operated company with all our own employees. We do not use sub-contractors for our roofing installations, repairs or maintenance. The Company was incorporated in 1988.
Our company is solvent with a modern facility and fleet of trucks and equipment that we own! We carry worker’s compensation, liability insurance and can offer P&P bonding. As an expert contractor in the roofing industry for over 30 years, we are dedicated to pin-pointing problems, proposing the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions, and performing installations that will protect and restore your building.
We are a full-service roofing company and authorized installers for all major manufacturers of roofing materials. We have all the skills, experience and equipment to perform all types of roof replacement, maintenance and restoration without resorting to subcontractors or dumpster rentals.
***We are currently not installing asphalt shingle roofs. We offer repair services on shingle roofing systems but not replacement.***
