- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event and client is different and has a different style so all pricing is customized based upon the needs and the wants of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to speak with the client to make sure we understand everything they are in need of. After that we send out a pre-consultation form to get more in depth information of what the potential client has a passion for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have over 35 years of experience. As far as education/training we have 3 degrees from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management (Event Management, Hospitality Management, and Restaurant Management.
