Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Nobody does what we do. Overwhelming credibility. All of our full home inspections also include a free interior and electrical panel infrared scan by a Certified Thermographer, a free recall check of the home's major appliances, a free mold assessment, a free Threshold Inspection for Chinese Drywall and we print your custom report with digital and infrared pictures on site!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love houses and we enter approximately 1000 houses a year.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is infrared thermal imaging? In laymen's terms, our FLIR infrared cameras "see" temperature. So leaks appear dark and overheated electrical circuits appear bright.
