Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Material. Make sure your using the correct material for each application. Overkill (header plates, joists, pilings, braces) is better than serious damage in the long run.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I always put safety and structural soundness first and finished look second

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I do a little bit of everything. It dont seem as mundane as doing the same kind of work everyday.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What services do you offer? I offer all exterior services and if the job is something new to me I will go find the professional way to do it.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I do a little of everything so I can have repeat customers over the years. With the economy the way it is my priority is to make a honest living installing and taking care of quality work, not to get rich. I would be happy with just a handful of costumers rather then doing one trade and having to go find/ bid jobs and deal with thousands of people.
