- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the standard for the industry and in some cases I believe it is below the industry standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have learned that in most cases it's best to meet with a client and go over the details needed within the home. Early on I did quote without seeing the task involved, especially with a deep clean, and realized it was only fair to the client and to myself to visit the home first.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked many years in the corporate world, mostly in sales. Honestly, I don't know how I did it for so long, because my strengths are in customer service, customer relations. I guess I would say I am a people pleaser. I decided it was time to do something for me. Customer's appreciate the results I give them with house cleaning and with pet sitting. They know I treat their home and their pets as though they were my own.
