Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are an extremely high-end residential and commercial design firm located in Palm Beach (64 Via Mizner, Palm Beach, 33480) and in New York City (410 East 57th Street, 10022). Although we are licensed to design architecture in Florida, we choose not to do so, preferring to work with architects where needed and also with licensed landscape architects. We do a very comprehensive design work, rather "soup to nuts," incorporating the finest vendors for painting, wallpapers and hanging thereof, upholsterers and designers of furniture, rugs and carpets, etc. We advise on art but do not usually purchase it but do purchase and advise on antiques. We are solidly grounded in the history and the use of antiques but also like working with contemporary architects and projects. We are extremely interested in historical restoration and do a lot of research before we begin such. We are known for our attention to details, which includes work, such as custom-painted rooms, embroidery, curtains, etc. We are quite expensive (45% commission on wholesale purchases and design fee based on the scope of the job) but are considered to be of very good value. We have been in business for over 35 years, and most of our clients are by referral from former and present clients. Our clients seem to love the rapport which we build up with them, and many of them, unknown to Ms. Foster or the associates when hired, have become close friends, one even making her godmother to her last child. Ms. Foster is a member of A.S.I.D. We work all over the country but are basically centered in the east, in Texas and Colorado, and the West Coast, and in Western Europe. Although we do not charge an hourly fee, per se, we do so on certain travel situations. People can see our work in a limited way on our website.
