First experience, Litsa came out and gave me an estimate. I hired her company and two men came out and moved all our things where we wanted them and placed them very neatly. They were fantastic and did it in the time she had given me. I had them come out again and move some more of our things and again, they were excellent. All the workers were very experienced and packed and organized our items so good I had a friend come over because she is planning to move and I showed her how good they were. She also will be hiring them. We are very pleased and can't say enough about this company and will be recommending them to our friends and family. Oh we will also be hiring them when we move to Ocala. A big thumbs up to this company. Katy

Hello my name is Jared R. I just want to thank the ladies litsa and chelsea in the office for being so patient and helpful with my huge move! From the beginning when I set my move up to the end when the guys came and loaded my things up then to the unloaded! They shrink wrapped every piece I asked of them and took great care of my wife's favorite China ware and cabinet! I've never seen a truck packed so tight and secure. There will be no other movers that I will be calling in the future except for Bernard movers thank you so much Paul, Patrick and Jovan you guys were amazing!!!

We used Litsa's Bernard Movers twice recently to move two households into one and could not have been happier. Litsa was so pleasant to work with. Her estimate was accurate. Her guys showed up on time and were very competent. Nice guys, clean and polite, and careful with my heavy antiques. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all... 2 men and the truck $85/hour, 3 men and the truck $145/hour and a 12% of the total fuel surcharge - supplies are always extra! i.e. wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sure, I go to seminars often and am on top of the game with all the legal documentation!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in Chicago from 1970's as a shipper, loading containers, dealing with cargo via air and ocean, moving came later... I figured if I can pack a container to go thousands of miles to it's destination without any problems, then I can do moving just as well!
