- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer military discounts. Beside that we try to offer multiple options so the customer can choose an option that fits their financial situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with introducing ourselves. Then we ask the home owner to show us where the issue is and to give us a break down of symptoms. Once we can determine the proper solution we produce and present an estimate while we are on site. If price is agreed upon we can complete work same day in most situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Cam Tech for technical training and to earn my licenses. I do believe continued education is very important in this industry.
