My problem turned out to be related primarily due to shoddy workmanship from my previous HVAC company: leaky and undersized ductwork. This was quickly diagnosed, and the next y, the ductwork had been properly done and additional insulation added.

Brian did a wonderful job performing maintenance on our older air conditioning unit. He was very polite and did a nice job communicating his findings and explaining what he had done, looked at, etc. Matt was also an incredibly pleasant guy who took the time to come out and give us an estimate on replacing our unit.
