- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Premium Handyman Services Company and as one, we ensure that our customers have the best experience, starting with being transparent, fair and honest, especially when it comes to pricing. Our goal is to have the same customers calling us again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a no-cost, no-obligation estimate. Once the estimate is approved, our team will schedule your service. For multi-day projects we will give you a daily update on the progress made and how the project tracks against the project plan. Upon completion of our work, we will walk through the project to ensure you are satisfied. We will go through the project scope to make certain all elements of the work plan are complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former mechanical engineer, I have had the opportunity to work for various big companies. However, I always felt that something was missing. I wanted to be my own boss and have more control over my career and future. TruBlue has been a game-changer for me and my family. It has allowed me to check all the boxes and fulfill my desire to help my community. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference through this amazing company.
