I am the owner of Resort Destination in Panama City Beach and we manage over 50 properties here. We now use K Tori's for all of our carpet cleaning, tile & grout, furniture cleaning and pressure washing. We do not use K Tori's for our turn around housekeeping cleanings because they are too expensive. Honestly there carpet and tile & grout is a bit high also but you can not beat their results. I started using them after having Arthur clean my office tile and grout on a bet that is I was not satisfied I would not pay a dime. I swear I thought someone had installed brand new tile. My grout is actually white I thought it was beige. We once had a customer cut there foot and got a lot of blood on the carpet. Arthur stated he would do the best he could but was not going to guarantee anything because he had never cleaned that much blood so I was a little skeptical about how the results wore going to turn out. When he was done the carpets looked great and no sign of any blood. In short I could ask for a little better price but could not ask for better service and results. In the end I guess you get what you pay for. I can tell you absolutely do not use Stanley Steamer, they are a joke at best and scam artist at worst.

Having a service that we have been able to depend on for the past three years has been nothing less than magical. Before K Tori's we switched cleaners at least every year. They do good work and they get the job done every time. If something is last minute I pickup the phone and they get it done. Over all could not be happier.

A. To say we love our job would a flat out lie. We work in the trenches so our customers do not have too. We fix the problems that you can not. So in short we do love the challenge but at the end of the day we all have to make a pay check and service the vacation rental industry here in Panama City Beach is a fine way to do it.
