- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs vary depending on square footage, wall height, damage to walls, etc. We feel that to get an accurate estimate, we need to see the project in person, but most of the time we can give an estimate after the visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what they are wanting and expecting...make sure you can accomplish that or exceed their expectations and do it!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years and years....but not too many!
